Jorge Franco

Originally from Mexico City, Jorge has spent much of his life sharing his love of food and hospitality with the people of coastal Georgia. His journey in the restaurant business began years ago at the Fourth of May Café, where he worked under Tom Packard.

When Tom later invested in Los Arcos, a Mexican restaurant on Altama Avenue in Brunswick, Jorge became part of a growing local tradition of Mexican dining. He eventually went on to help establish Nachos, another familiar name in the area’s restaurant scene, building on the experience and relationships he had developed over the years.

Today, Jorge brings that experience to a restaurant of his own: Jorge’s Mexican Grill & Cantina in Jesup, Georgia. It’s a place where his Mexican roots, years of experience, and love of good food come together. Jorge looks forward to welcoming longtime friends and new faces alike.
